We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in customer service and managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the order fulfillment process. This position requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in databases and ERP systems, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using ERP systems.
Maintain and update order databases to ensure all information is current and accessible.
Perform data entry tasks, including typing and filing of documents related to orders.
Collect and organize data for reporting purposes, ensuring all records are accurate.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
Provide clerical support as needed, including managing correspondence related to orders.
Assist in maintaining inventory records and tracking order status for customers.
Skills
Proven office experience with a focus on administrative tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with ERP systems for order management is highly desirable.
Excellent computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy.
Typing proficiency to ensure timely processing of orders.
Previous clerical experience that demonstrates attention to detail.
