Job Description


As the Operations Coordinator of the School Organization, you are responsible for coordinating the activities of the School Organization Department as well as providing administrative support to the academic, academic progression, and registrar sectors. You manage a team of administrative technicians and ensure the smooth running of administrative operations while promoting the development of your team\'s skills.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as a reference person for the academic sector regarding the compliance of the faculty assignment process. This includes defining the needs for teaching staff, aligning academic teams with the organization\'s objectives, and coordinating efforts to ensure optimal and compliant assignments according to established policies.
  • Ensures the standardized and consistent application of policies, regulations, and procedures related to assignments and acts as a reference person to resolve more complex issues.
  • Uses intelligent or operational platforms to ensure that pre-entered data is adequate and guarantees the compliance of assignments.
  • Allocates the necessary human and material resources for the conduct of teaching activities.
  • Follows up with the payroll service, validating, and signing teachers\' contracts in collaboration with the administrative technicians of the OS.
  • Manages a team of administrative technicians and ensures the smooth running of administrative operations while promoting the development of the team\'s skills.
  • Ensures the adequate dissemination of information regarding the requirements of procedures related to their sector of activity.
  • Oversees quality assurance and ensures continuous improvement of the processes and services offered in their sector of activity.
  • Performs any other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in administration, management, or a related field;
  • Experience in coordination or administrative management, preferably in the education sector;
  • Knowledge of project management tools and office software;
  • Bilingual in French and English;
  • Proficiency with measurement and data collection tools: Comfortable with Excel and other office software, and interested in data analysis and continuous improvement.
This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.BENEFITS
