Fixed Operations Coordinator for Central Nova Subaru Central Nova Subaru represents one of Canada\'s very best automotive brands, and as an extension is truly one of the industry\'s best companies to work for. At Central Nova Subaru the Fixed Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the fixed operations including both parts & service. Assisting and coordoinating with the management and staff of both departments with the goal of exceeding customer service expectations throughout. Duties will also include achieving success in the execution of long-term strategic planning goals to increase profitability and success of the company. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assisting in the hiring of employees for positions within the parts and service departments. \xc2\xb7 Assisting in employee performance evaluations and developing short and long-term goals for each department \xc2\xb7 Assist in planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually \xc2\xb7 Effectively communicating with the dealer operator weekly to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections. \xc2\xb7 Paying close attention to daily fixed operations and dealership absorption rates, recommending, and creating improved courses of action where necessary. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and are in full compliance with Subaru Canada policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Directing and implementing the policies and procedures of the dealerships to employees and ensuring these are understood and followed accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Supplying timely and accurate information for the monthly financial statement \xc2\xb7 Monitoring and assisting in the management of parts inventory levels proficiently while following company policy. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating regular meetings with the staff of the parts and service departments to ensure profitability and efficiency expectations \xc2\xb7 Ensure customer satisfaction by building ongoing relationships with customer base, resolving customer issues related to the dealership and/or product. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring a customer call-backs program is in place to ensure the highest possible satisfaction rates. \xc2\xb7 Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure all employees possess a client centered approach to achieve excellent OEM customer service scores. \xc2\xb7 Assist in creating cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the fixed operations departments \xc2\xb7 Protect and preserve the integrity of the company. \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned by the Dealership Operator Requirements:
