Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Office Administrator & Bookkeeper

with accounting skills and admin experience to lead our administrative, financial, and HR functions. This role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, ranging from bookkeeping and payroll to general office support and vendor management.

Responsibilities



Administrative



Manage reception duties including answering phones and handling mail/couriers Coordinate travel for our sales team Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems

Financial & Bookkeeping



Full-cycle bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, G/L, and reconciliations Accounts payable administration including cheque/payment preparation, dealing with vendors and processing PO's Accounts receivables and invoicing Employee expense report reconciliations Generate monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Assist with audits and year-end closing Ensure compliance with HST/GST and other regulatory filings

Payroll & HR



Manage payroll processing and employee benefit programs (health, RRSP) Maintain employee files and onboarding documentation Support general HR administration tasks Assisting and supporting the Owner as directed Other responsibilities as directed

Qualifications



Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field

5+ years' experience

in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration Proficient in

Accounting Software

Strong knowledge of accounting principles Highly proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and office software Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to

multitask

, prioritize, and work independently Experience with Mac computers preferred
