The Office Administrator will support our financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all transactions.
Duties
Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation and account analysis, to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
Support budgeting activities and provide insights for financial planning.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation for audits.
Handle bookkeeping functions, including data entry and maintaining ledgers.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Bookkeeper, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Familiarity with payroll systems and bookkeeping processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive problem-solver who can work independently as well as part of a team.
