We are looking for an experienced driver to join our growing team!

Position Summary:

Deliver office supplies on assigned route to Government & commercial clients while meeting internal schedule and quality standards. Provide customer service to customers by assisting with problem resolution and accepting product returns as required. Mobile POD experience is an asset, but not required. Perform picking & packing duties as well as various other tasks in the office/warehouse as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule. Gather appropriate paperwork & product for deliveries. Perform vehicle safety check and adhere by vehicle safety rules Deliver product as per customer requirements (i.e. to specific cubicle or mailroom) Obtain POD/signatures and complete all required paperwork. Accept returns from customers as per approved paperwork. Place product in return area with appropriate documentation. Address and resolve customer problems as appropriate. Inform supervisor of outstanding issues. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to supervisor. Perform picking & packing duties Flexibility to perform various other tasks at the head office/warehouse as required

Requirements and qualifications of candidate:

The candidate must be 25+ years of age (please do not submit an application if you are younger than 25 years old) Must have a valid G class driver's license with a clean driver abstract Physical strength to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs multiple times per day Ability to work in all weather conditions Flexible availability required - opportunity for overtime hours Must qualify for various Government, Police and Private security clearances High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred Experience with hand truck /dolly type equipment preferred Professional and motivated attitude The ability to take direction, work as part of a team, or work independently Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve

Assets (not mandatory):

Reliability clearance with the Federal Government Bilingualism (English/French) Access to a personal vehicle Previous Health & Safety training & security clearances
