Job Description

Mid-size CPA/CA firm (10 full time staff) in Broadway & Cambie area looking for a full time Office Administrator / Bookkeeper who is willing to learn and take on responsibilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations/administrative tasks and handle basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in an administrative position preferred Must have strong communication skills - oral and written Must be very proficient in MS Word, Excel Experience in accounting/bookkeeping and knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working overtime is required in March and April. Position to start immediately.
