Job Description

Job Summary:



Manage all aspects of Sale Files from inception to completion of payroll.

Qualifications:



Previous general office administration experience is required.

Real Estate office experience and familiarity with Lone Wolf Back Office system is a significant asset.

Proven experience in payroll processing.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous office administration experience is mandatory.

Position Type: 20 plus hour per week. Hours are flexible.
