We operate several websites targeting different employment groups and we are seeking a part-time Assistant to help us with managing our day to day office operations: We have an office in downtown Vancouver but you may work from home one day a week. Hourly wages plus regular bonuses based on sales Responsibilities: Answering and filtering calls from existing clients and new clients Contacting Canadian employers and organizations Daily monitoring and response to voicemail and emails Implement new ideas to approach organizations Daily phone and email support to existing clients Manage and implement new ideas for all our social media accounts Attend networking events Create partnerships with organizations Qualifications: Excellent computer and program skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Personable and positive attitude Attention to detail Available part-time Monday - Friday We are hoping to find an individual for long term employment.
