One of our telecommunications clients is looking for an Admin assistant (Customer Service and Operations)
Length: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Location: GTA, ON (Online, might have to come to the office for meetings)
Hours: 7.5 hours per day.

Requirements:
PROJECT DETAILS:
It is a service that offers telemedicine visits with a vet. This position would support the operations of this service.

Selling point for your role- Join a team of a new service, and be on the ground floor as we offer Canadians virtual telemedicine for their pets. Work from home Receives training and technology support. Opportunity to volunteer for animal charities via the company's Days of Giving programs

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
1. Able to move from independent to collaborative work and able to self-direct during work to meet timelines
2. Be comfortable with a changing work environment, some days could be slow at work and others could be busy.
3. Ability to learn new software and have familiarity with the google suite of applications (docs, slides, sheets)
4. Has good attention to detail and ability to multitask
5. Has a friendly and outgoing manner and a positive approach to working

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
1. Interest in, passion about, or experience with animals & pets
2. Experience with virtual care (MyCare or MyPet)
3. Researched and downloaded our app
