Requirements

3+ years experience in injection molding setup/processing Understanding of ERP systems and their use Well organized Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong logic, math, analytical stills, and an overall technical aptitude Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize within deadlines Strong knowledge in mold setup, start, mold changes, troubleshooting, process adjustments, and shutdown Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Responsibilities

Set up, use, and clean auxiliary equipment (dryers, grinders, compressor, chiller, etc) Operate crane and forklift Clean work area of previous materials and tooling Complete paperwork in a timely manner Perform setup, processing, and trials, making minor changes as necessary to ensure product quality Service and clean tools Material handling and mixing Assist with operating automatic molding runs Follow company policies and procedures Assist with training junior/apprentice setup technicians May be asked to perform other duties from time to time at varying levels of proficiency This list of duties and responsibilities is representative and not a complete or all-encompassing list

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
