Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team at Rocco's Cucina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in cocktail bar and nightlife settings. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high quality and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and conducting regular stock checks. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a mixology role within a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous learning about new trends in mixology. Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
