What You'll Do:
Create and serve elevated cocktails using foraged ingredients, house infusions, and local spirits
Guide guests through our curated wine list, with confidence in food and wine pairings
Collaborate with the kitchen team to design seasonal beverage menus that reflect the current tasting menu
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring bar environment
Contribute to inventory, ordering, and creative development
Provide warm, attentive, and educational service that reflects the values of Sauvage
What We're Looking For:
2+ years experience in a cocktail-forward or fine dining bar setting
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, wine, and spirits
A passion for wild ingredients, sustainability, and seasonal sourcing
WSET certification or equivalent is an asset (but not required)
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and excited to learn
Someone who wants to be part of a small, passionate team shaping something truly unique in the Rockies
Bonus Points For:
Experience foraging or working with wildcrafted ingredients
An interest in low-waste or zero-proof drink development
A love of the outdoors and a desire to grow with us as we evolve
There is room for this to become a management position.
