Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to inquiries
Schedule appointments using Jane App and manage staff calendars
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
Perform data entry, document proofreading, billing (including Telus and WSIB)
Provide professional customer service and resolve patient concerns promptly
Support filing systems (physical/electronic) and office inventory management
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and overall clinic efficiency
Qualifications
Administrative or medical office experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with Physio/Chiro/Massage clinic workflows is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software (e.g., Jane App, Telus)
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and documentation skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
