The Materials Expeditor/Analyst will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials within departments according to schedule. Essential Job Responsibilities

• Expediting of open requisitions and open purchase orders(regular vendor follow up, updating POs/WOs pricing and requisitioners with any delays)
• Analyzing delivery trends and working with inventory lead to identify areas where min/max may need to be changed
• Working to link materials to proper contracts for ease of purchase
• Primary contact for the creation of MMR#s (skus)
• Communicating with vendors, suppliers, or manufacturers regarding order details and shipping schedules
• Assist Material Management Technicians where possible

Qualification Requirements

• Experience in oilfield and manufacturing processes is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience working in SAP system is desirable
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Valid Class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and acceptable Driver\xe2\x80\x99s Abstract
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug, alcohol, and fitness to work)
