By showcasing compelling South Asian stories, iSAFF fosters cross-cultural understanding, industry connections, and global exposure by bridging the gap for filmmakers of South Asian descent.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with government agencies and officials.
Research funding opportunities and draft grant applications.
Track compliance with government policies and reporting requirements.
Represent iSAFF in advocacy initiatives and meetings.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a public policy, communications, or related program.
Excellent research, writing, and public speaking skills.
Experience with grant writing or policy analysis is preferred.
Proficiency in G Suite and project management tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent iSAFF's interests effectively.

Eligibility:
This position is funded in part by the Government of Canada through the Summer Jobs grant program. As a result, eligibility is limited to individuals under the age of 30.
