Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Experience, QC, you will be part of an inspiring marketing team and brand builders who collaborate and execute industry-leading initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14-16 months

As a member of the team, your responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Define the property\'s annual marketing plan, by defining objectives, strategies and tactics specific to each business unit (Les Galeries, Les Galeries Gourmandes & M\xc3\xa9ga Parc);
  • Lead the marketing team;
  • Ensure compliance and sound management of the marketing budget;
  • Act as an active & proactive responsible for all marketing requests and needs of the property;
  • Define the roles and responsibilities of the advertising agency. Oversee briefings. Ensure the quality of creation and execution, as well as the agency relationship;
  • Work collaboratively with the national marketing team. Implement their plans, programs and initiatives; In collaboration with the marketing specialist, oversee the deployment of content strategy. Ensure compliance with national standards;
  • Ensure respect for brands and be the image of Oxford;
  • Participate and attend various committees, meetings & special projects of the property;
  • Public relations manager. Plan and coordinate all press relations activities (key messages, Q&A, press release, speech, logistics, stunt, social media, web, event, etc.);
  • Responsible for developing and highlighting partnerships & sponsorship;
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of the tourism action plan;
  • Ensure & stimulate internal communications; Maintain excellent relationships with retailers, the media and the business community in Quebec. Represent the company at receptions, meetings, press conferences, etc.
MEGA PARK component:
  • Responsible for the deployment of e-commerce & sales tactics;
  • Oversee corporate and group sales;
Search criteria:
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of marketing, communications or any other experience deemed relevant University degree in marketing (advertising or public relations) or other relevant field
  • Retail and shopping center experience an asset
  • Strong ability to identify new opportunities to generate relevant consumer experiences
  • A creative thinker who prioritizes a global vision of the company
  • An understanding of social media and content trends to drive engagement and growth
  • Great ability to develop positive relationships while prioritizing the center\'s clientele
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and managing conflict
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and great resourcefulness
  • Excellent written skills and verbal skills
  • Effective time management and a great sense of organization
  • High level of competence in budget management and event management
  • Bilingual
