Position Description Reporting to the Brand Manager of Real Fruit Bubble Tea Inc, this position is essential in generating, managing and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, SEO, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials is in line with our brand identity. They will help RFBT build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online social media platform and offline marketing channels at both the Local Store level, and National Level. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Travel to local RFBT stores to strategize and generate marketing campaigns
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Real Fruit Bubble Tea Inc. and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, content curation, influencer marketing, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, etc.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for Real Fruit Bubble Tea\'s website, social media, and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Familiar with TikTok, Meta, Pinterest Marketing campaigns
  • Monitor the marketing budget, analyze data (ie. CPC, CPA) and propose on a quarterly and annual basis, and allocate funds wisely.
  • Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Visit RFBT Store locations and work with RFBT Store Managers and individual stores on LRM - Local Regional Marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals (weekly reports)
  • Analyze consumer behavior, and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Familiar with Website design and website branding optimization
  • Strong in digital marketing
  • Oversee all social media platforms (which includes Meta FB IG, Google Ads SEO, TikTok ads... etc).
  • Knowledge of Brand Theme Packaging is an asset.
  • Perform work in store to support frontline operations and to better understand branding is required.

Expectations of the Successful Candidate \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Officer/Manager \xc2\xb7 3+ years of experience in Advertising \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with web analytics tools \xc2\xb7 Ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects \xc2\xb7 Willing to travel in Canada and USA if needed \xc2\xb7 Willing to work in-store on a regular basis to understand store operation and branding required \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Local Regional Marketing and National Marketing \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Website design and website brand optimization \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of social media platforms (which includes Meta FB IG, Google Ads SEO, TikTok ads... etc). \xc2\xb7 Google Digital Marketing & Ads Certification is an asset. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of local business culture is an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
