SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

We are looking for a Senior Field and Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of a Field Marketing Plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth for the Canadian region. This position will focus on driving strategy and high impact campaigns and programs, continually testing and evaluating the success of campaigns. The goal is to generate quality pipeline, stimulate acceleration of the sales cycle and build/strengthen customer relationships and preference for the Pure Storage (Pure) brand, both directly and through partners.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Canadian leadership, Pure Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, Pure Partners, and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment between the marketing plan and Pure Storage\'s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with sales pipeline and revenue goals in collaboration with Pure sales and Partner teams.
  • Use market research and business intelligence to inform program strategy and planning.
  • Plan the effective use of Pure\'s marketing development funds (MDF) with Partner Account Managers and Focus Partners, focusing on new business growth.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration among all sales and marketing stakeholders, including Field Marketing, Digital, SDR, Operations, Channel, and Agencies.
  • Implement and leverage global campaigns in collaboration with Americas and corporate marketing teams, and drive adoption of key marketing programs in the region.
  • Continuously track program performance, adjust plans using data, and report results to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage MDF, Programs budgets and procurement processes.
  • Be the primary marketing resource for the Canadian Sales and Regional Partner teams.
  • Have experience implementing stage-based Marketing and channel co-engagement.
  • Demonstrate operational excellence in executing administrative tasks and supporting ad-hoc projects efficiently.
  • Ensure the scalability of the marketing plan.
WHAT YOU\'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
  • Bachelor\'s degree in the marketing field with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing best-in-class marketing programs.
  • Experience creating integrated marketing plans for a high tech company in the Canadian market.
  • Proactive self-starter, strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution, and problem-solving capabilities. Track record of scaling small budgets that drive quantifiable results.
  • Customer-first and results oriented, with the ability to build business cases as needed to influence executive decisions.
  • Data driven. Experience in using data and analytics to guide marketing strategy and measure success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management, peers, internal departments, and external agencies, while paying close attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a hunger to learn and grow.
  • Excellence in budget management, project management and execution skills
  • Understanding of storage technologies and ability to work closely with alliances and partners to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions to customers is a plus.
  • The candidate must be willing and able to travel throughout Canada and to the US on occasion.
The annual base salary range is: $141,000 - $226,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
