Join Array to make a mark on our business and grow your career. Who we need We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for North America. You will work with a dynamic and collaborative team, reporting to the Global VP, Marketing to build awareness of Array and its solutions. During the first year of tenure, you will be heavily involved in a brand refresh project and messaging strategy. What you will focus on: Annual Marketing Planning
  • Participate in the annual global marketing planning process
  • Develop and execute a plan for North America in alignment with the global plan
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to take advantage of market synergies and shared projects for marketing content
  • Recommend and implement paid media advertising in North America
Competitive Market Intelligence
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive information, market trends, customer needs
  • Develop an internal communication strategy to share key market and competitive information in collaboration with the Communication Manager
  • Develop an external communication strategy to share key market and competitive information in collaboration with the Communications Manager
Content Development
  • Work closely with the North American Business Units and the Project Management team to build and maintain our library of project photographs, videos, case studies and stories
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings to identify content and storytelling opportunities for internal and external communications
  • Work with external vendors and the Communications Manager to develop these into professional content pieces for various social media platforms
  • Work with operations to identify opportunities to develop digital content regarding our manufacturing capabilities
  • Participate in the development of a content calendar in collaboration with other members of the marketing team
  • Develop advertisements and other marketing materials as needed in alignment with Global Brand Standards
Sales Enablement
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to support with the development of slides and standardized presentation decks that meet their needs
  • Work closely with the Business Units to support client presentations
  • Organize customer events to drive customer and employee engagement in collaboration with various stakeholders as appropriate
  • Develop other marketing tools to showcase new products, solutions or capabilities as appropriate
Internal Marketing
  • Support various departments with internal marketing opportunities (ex. Work anniversaries, Birthdays, Bravo Awards, Company Events, Training, etc.) in collaboration with the Communications Manager
  • Maintain relevant sales and marketing content on the company intranet
  • Facilitate internal sharing of best practices globally in collaboration with the broader marketing team
Digital Marketing
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive awareness of projects and initiatives
  • Develop and execute social media content to drive client and employee engagement on all social media platforms
  • Recommend website updates as appropriate to ensure the website is up-to-date
You have:
  • The education and experience. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. You have 5+ years of progressing marketing experience, ideally in B2B, with 3 years in digital marketing and brand governance. You are highly creative with a keen eye for visual marketing balanced with a strategic approach and a commercial focus. You have exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • The relevant knowledge. You have a deep understanding of brand governance and are able to develop storytelling strategies to bring commercial projects and the company culture to life. You have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and how to leverage them. You are comfortable with email marketing, intranet and content management systems.
  • The project management skills. You can build trusting, collaborative relationships and confidently work with and influence internal and external stakeholders at any level. You have experience leading the delivery of multiple complex projects, meeting expectations on time, and resulting in measurable impact. You are self-assured with the ability to think and operate independently. You embrace continuous change and exhibit the adaptability to work within realistic yet demanding deadlines.
  • The flexibility. You are ready and willing to travel (up to 10%) in North America when needed and to work as part of a hybrid model.
