DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER iNCOM \xe2\x80\x93 a leading provider of Real Estate e-marketing solutions for thousands of Real Estate professionals in North-America is seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager. We are expanding our digital marketing team and are looking for a candidate who will manage and execute campaigns across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will take ownership of client accounts and implement and optimize their digital strategy. This includes the management of our digital marketing team.   • Be the in-house expert on social media and digital advertising campaigns for our internal team and our clients.
  • Be a mentor to the in-house Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Manage the workflow for our external providers - Marketing Agency & Copywriter.
  • Plan and implement strategies to drive traffic to websites and social media channels.
  • Create/Implement/optimize B2B and B2C lead generation campaigns (PPC, e-mail, AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Bing, etc.).
  • Manage Ad budgets across campaigns and provide recommendations.
  • Research target audience, competitive analysis, search engine & keyword analysis.
  • Design and set-up dedicated landing pages for lead generation campaigns.
  • Contribute to the overall planning, implementation and ongoing management of marketing automation campaigns.
  • Liaise with external agency while ensuring compliance with requirements, deadlines and budgets.
  • Assist in the optimization of the growth marketing strategy by staying abreast of technologies and trends.
Analysis and Reporting
  • Measure & optimize campaign performance against ROI\xe2\x80\x99s and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Analyze social media campaign results and provide updates, reporting, recommendations, and actionable insights.
  • Ability to incorporate Google Analytics and Facebook Data for tracking, and reporting results.
MUST-HAVES
  • College or University degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a Marketing Agency.
  • Hands-on experience running multiple client campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, PPC campaigns, social media tools and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation and e-mailing platforms.
  • Creative and professional writing, editing and communication skills (strong attention to detail is an imperative).
  • Self-discipline, excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding team spirit.
NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Real Estate industry experience.
  • Database management and datamining capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, Webhooks and Zapier.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Video Editing software knowledge.
  • Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS).
