What does a Marketing Director do?

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. Your expertise in marketing, data analysis, and customer acquisition will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives and establishing our brand as a leader in the fintech industry.

What you will do:

• Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy:

• Lead and Manage Demand Generation Programs:

• Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies to streamline demand generation processes and enhance lead management and nurturing.
• Build and manage a high-performing demand generation team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop regular reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation activities.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years in demand generation, marketing, or a similar role within the fintech industry.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with data analysis, deriving insights and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience with people management
• Strong project management experience
