JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Marketing Coordinator as a dedicated marketing resource for JLL Toronto\xe2\x80\x99s Office Agency Leasing Business. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

The Marketing Coordinator is the first point of contact for brokers and Marketing & Brokerage Support Team Leads alike when it comes to addressing marketing needs. They are responsible for driving the business line and property marketing strategy by working closely with their designated brokerage teams from start to finish and partnering with stakeholders to create and/or commission the necessary marketing deliverables for a project.

Marketing Coordinators are the \xe2\x80\x9cvoice\xe2\x80\x9d of the local market to the national business lines or national programs and are there to ensure business goals and client expectations are met and exceeded for each project.

Marketing Coordinators will drive the prompt creation and delivery of all business line and property marketing collateral while ensuring best-in-class quality and operational excellence.

Marketing Coordinators will establish a consistent KPI framework across all markets to track collateral within a campaign and ideate strategies to drive continuous improvement for business development and property marketing campaigns.

Marketing Coordinators will collaborate with other Marketers in their market, as well as across all markets nationally and in the Americas. Sharing of best practices, templates, tools, and ideas is a key contributor to the success of the Marketing & Brokerage Support organization.

Marketing Coordinators also partner with the Brokerage Coordinator team to work together to improve output and the product our team delivers to clients and the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer-centric go-to-market strategy, planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure business goals are met and lead initiation/ideation of relevant marketing programs that resonate with local business line nuances and drive sales
  • Oversight and accountability for all locally initiated and executed marketing activities to elevate team and business line\xe2\x80\x99s market share and brand awareness in applicable markets i.e. social media, online marketing, team pages, SEO and SEM, etc.
  • Lead all Agency Leasing marketing initiatives for high-profile office buildings across the Greater Toronto Area, along with concept and execution of all property marketing efforts for the business, using branded JLL templates; including but not limited to new business pitching, presentations, proposals, RFPs, brochures, email campaigns, landing pages, property listings, advertising, etc.
  • Exhibit a high level of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking while conceptualizing and ideating on client\xe2\x80\x99s property marketing campaigns and designing bespoke marketing deliverables
  • Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, while presenting campaign ideas, themes, metrics, etc. during client calls or within JLL
  • List maintenance for property email and direct email campaigns, segmenting client and prospective client audiences based on needs and preferences utilizing marketing automation tools
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive suite of baseline collateral and templates including statistics, rankings, case studies, and presentations
  • Actively participate in team workflow management to ensure collaboration and connectivity with other business lines regionally and nationally. Support management of team marketing budget and process/track applicable invoices.
  • Partner with Marketing & Brokerage Support Team Lead, Sales Enablement Lead, Design Hub, Brokerage Coordinators, and peers across the country to execute best-in-class proposals, pitches, campaigns, and property marketing plans
  • Attend and participate in all Marketing and Brokerage Support meetings led by National Marketing and/or the Marketing & Brokerage Support Team Leads
  • Monitor performance and success metrics of business line\'s property marketing initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables to improve future strategy and tactics
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and all applicable software packages
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design and working with Adobe CC suite of programs, including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Skilled knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, Eloqua preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience translating business needs/challenges into marketing solutions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complications or adversity
  • Ability to ignite and build strong interpersonal relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm; real estate industry experience a strong plus
