Summary The Marketing Coordinator \xe2\x80\x93 Digital and Creative will support the Strategic Marketing and Communications team in the execution of key Omni-channel campaigns. Working closely with Strategic Marketing and the Business Unit marketing teams this role will be responsible for supporting the development of creative deliverables and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design online print advertising, brochures, newsletters and other marketing collateral and presentation materials. Develop artistic layouts within brand guidelines.

Design and execute marketing automation programs including email campaigns and landing pages.

Assist in the implementation of marketing programs through design, coordination activities and administrative duties such as tracking and reporting.

Translation, copy approval and printing as required.

Preparation and follow up on all compliance requirements to ensure compliance and timely payment.

Assist with the maintenance of national conference and social media content calendar.

Assist with other tasks and support key projects as required.

Competencies

Superior graphic skills and strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.

Experience with salesforce.com and Adobe Marketo Engage required.

Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

Experience with video creation: production, editing and posting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organized and demonstrates strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks while establishing independent work plans.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while coordinating tasks and deliverables within a team.

Bilingual \xe2\x80\x93 English/French preferred.

Education and Experience

Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred in the field of Graphic Design and/or Marketing.

0-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role, or recent Graphic Design or Marketing graduate.
