We are Ferre Sposa one of the top bridal boutiques downtown Toronto and we are looking for a hard working, fun, and passionate individual to join our team!

Our business is vastly growing and we are looking for valuable team members to help continue our growth and help build our businesses even further!

A day in the life of our Social Media Coordinator starts with a goal in mind, a detailed plan, and a shop full of stunning gowns to be inspired by. The goal is inspired by trunk shows, new product, and our followers! Once the product to showcase is selected, a detailed plan is made. The plan includes allotted times for shooting, editing and posting. If shooting includes a model, a time slot is discussed and confirmed beforehand. An app is used to ensure content is being posted continuously throughout the day at peak times.

Key Strategies



Create Facebook Banners and keep Google events updated Creates social media (video and photos) content on a weekly basis Post on feed and stories daily Engage with followers by responding to all comments made on our posts, sharing their posts that they tag us in, and commenting on photos that are relevant to us Engage with our following through lives, comments, inbox etc. and make suggestions on how to increase engagement Respond to DM's Arranges a consistent schedule with appropriate times for content to be posted throughout the week Edits photos to ensure a consistent quality and aesthetic Markets key products and events ex. in-store and online events, Trunk shows, new dresses, popular designers, etc Helping keep our aesthetic consistent

Outcomes/Success Metrics



Increase followers on Instagram Increased appt bookings customers saying "instagram" under "how heard" Increased appointment bookings following social media campaign and in general

Skills Required



Photography/video Proficient in adobe creative suite, canva, laterapp Media editor applications Creativity Communication Time management Independent Self-motivated
