Nous recherchons un(e)
coordonnateur(trice) marketing, web et medias sociaux
afin de soutenir notre croissance et notre rayonnement. Ce role est essentiel au developpement de notre visibilite numerique, de notre image de marque et de nos communications avec la communaute.
Responsabilites
Marketing et communications
Developper et executer des strategies marketing alignees a la marque
Concevoir et gerer des campagnes numeriques pour promouvoir services, evenements et programmes
Rediger du contenu pour le site web, les infolettres et les communications internes
Web et medias sociaux
Assurer la mise a jour du site web avec les nouveaux contenus et services
Creer et planifier des publications engageantes sur les reseaux sociaux (design visuel inclus)
Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance
Coordonner avec le responsable des medias sociaux et les partenaires externes
Support administratif lie aux operations marketing
Participation a la coordination d'evenements, ateliers et webinaires
Gestion de certaines communications clients ou partenaires
Contribution a l'amelioration continue des processus internes
Qualifications et competences recherchees
Minimum 2 ans d'experience en marketing, communication digitale ou domaine connexe
Excellentes competences redactionnelles en francais et en anglais
Connaissances des strategies de marketing numerique et gestion de communautes
Maitrise des outils de creation visuelle (Canva, Adobe ou equivalent)
Connaissance de plateformes web et CRM consideree comme un atout
Interet marque pour l'industrie du bien-etre, de la sante ou des services relationnels
Sens de l'initiative, autonomie, creativite et rigueur professionnelle

Position Overview
We are seeking a
Marketing, Web and Social Media Coordinator
to help strengthen our digital presence, brand visibility, and client engagement. This role supports the marketing operations and plays a vital part in growing our community.
Responsibilities
Marketing and Communication
Develop and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns
Create and manage digital promotional material for services, events, and programs
Draft compelling content for web pages, newsletters, and internal communications
Digital and Social Media
Update website content and ensure consistency with brand messaging
Create and publish engaging social media content including visual assets
Track analytics and performance indicators to improve engagement
Coordinate content with the social media manager and external partners
Administrative Support for Marketing
Assist with event, workshop, and webinar coordination
Support communications with clients and partners
Contribute to ongoing process improvement
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital communications
Strong writing skills in both French and English
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management
Proficiency with visual design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
Experience with website platforms Wix and CRM tools is an asset
Passion for the wellness or health industry
Strong initiative, creativity, and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
