Job Summary Magmic is seeking a Manager, People & Culture to lead and support our people and culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture that attracts, develops, and retains a diverse team of top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Creating a seamless and positive onboarding experience for fully remote workers.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Oversee the development and delivery of employee training and development programs.
- Manage performance management processes and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company\'s culture and values.
- Partner with leadership to support and facilitate change management initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation and regulations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on culture, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and change initiatives.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
