Job Summary Magmic is seeking a Manager, People & Culture to lead and support our people and culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture that attracts, develops, and retains a diverse team of top talent. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Creating a seamless and positive onboarding experience for fully remote workers.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of employee training and development programs.
  • Manage performance management processes and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company\'s culture and values.
  • Partner with leadership to support and facilitate change management initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on culture, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and change initiatives.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
