JOB OVERVIEW: MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEMS (HRIS)
The Manager, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is responsible for leaderships, oversight and support for all Human Resources Information System (HRIS) matters. This position assumes a lead role in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the HRIS strategy to support the achievement of KPU?s mission, goals and objectives. The Manager is responsible for workforce metrics, HRIS business processes, system implementation and management and change management related to HRIS changes and adoption. This position is responsible for setting the strategic priorities for HRIS ensuring alignment with HR?s strategic direction.
