Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) The HRIS Analyst leverages the functionality of the Employee Services information systems and other automated tools, including MS Office products, to provide information and/or support to clients within People & Culture Portfolio and Leadership throughout the hospital.
Designs and/or customizes reports to support reporting requirements and decision-making tools for various stakeholders as requested
Participates in the analysis, design and implementation of new software functionality and installations, as well as upgrades, as a member of the project team
Provides support to system users through trouble shooting, training and post-live assistance.
Details of our offer:
Rate of Pay: $33.64 per hour - $42.05 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you have:
Successful completion of a College Diploma or equivalent experience as acceptable to Hospital in Computer Science or Business
Minimum two (2) years recent, related job experience, preferably in Human Resources acting in a technical support
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of hospital productivity applications including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, OneNote and PowerPoint
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of office automation and computerized HR and time entry applications \xe2\x80\x93 PeopleSoft, Workbrain, Access, Crystal Reports and nvision
Demonstrated advanced ability to develop and analyze complex reports; ability to maintain efficient and effective automated systems; ability to program complex queries
Advanced demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and Hospital leadership;
Strong technical translation, training and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Advanced ability to apply analytical skills to problem identification, understanding and mapping solutions
Demonstrated ability to deal with constant interruptions and urgent deadlines
Demonstrated ability to interpret and clarify report requests
Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC\xe2\x80\x99s vision, purpose and values
Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
