About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a professional Manager, Financial Reporting with at least 5 years background in full cycle accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full cycle accounting and financial statement procedures
  • Oversee management documents
  • Manage bookkeeping for multiple entities, organizing journal entries and monthly reconciliations
  • Complete working papers to support month end, quarter end and year end procedures
  • Contribute ideas in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting meetings
  • Support in special projects and perform new activities as required
Qualifications
  • CPA designation
  • At least 5 years background working in full cycle accounting role
  • Proficient knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Detail oriented, organized and professional
  • Ability to work as both a team player and independent worker
  • Identify discrepancies and contribute strategic ideas for better work efficiency
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office products
  • Background working with SAGE Intacct software (asset)
