The Compensation and Benefits Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that aligns with Banyans objectives and supports our extremely talented workforce across multiple global locations. Reporting into our Chief People Officer, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, collaborating with key stakeholders to design a competitive and equitable compensation program.
