Job Title Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Business Credit Initiatives Support




































Note: This is a fixed-term position for approximately 18 months. What is the opportunity? Business Financial Services Credit Products is looking for a Manager with excellent communication and analytical skills, curiosity, and a drive-to-impact mindset. You will be joining a dynamic team that designs, develops, and manages credit products, programs and policies for Business Financial Services in Canadian Banking. You will be a key support for product initiatives within the BFS Credit Team to ensure day-to-day initiatives queries, tasks, reports, and presentation materials are prepared and delivered in a timely and efficient manner, and you will support the end-to-end program development and implementation of credit policy & process initiatives for BFS, including the BFS Climate COE as well as other key credit deliverables for BFS. What will you do?

  • Assist with the development of key credit product and programs in business credit
  • Review and manage reports and data for distribution to stakeholders
  • Prepare supporting analytics, presentations, and supporting materials
  • Understand user needs and promote innovative or improved methods and ways of work
What do you need to succeed? Must-Have
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable and experienced using core business applications including MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Superior analytical skills with the ability to analyze trends, and uncover information and relevant insights in novel situations
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
  • Financial & business acumen
  • University degree, either a business-related field of study or with equivalent work experience
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in Product and/or Process management in an Agile environment
  • Business credit or cross-functional business banking related experience
  • Experience preparing reports, materials, or communications for senior internal audiences
