The bigger picture

Were looking for a self-starter, credit expert person to come on board as our Business Credit Services Manager for a 24-month term. We are looking for someone who can adjudicate complex credit structures, work collaboratively with our Commercial and Agriculture Advisors while delivering on our member promise.

How youll be spending your time

• Adjudicating business loans that require higher approval authority.
• Keeping up to date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members.
• Making sure theres a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus.
• Fulfilling the holistic financial needs of new and existing members, by partnering with Business Advisors.
• Managing the business loan origination system while building the relationship with the vendors.
• Designing and developing internal proprietary lending tools and forms.

The experience you bring

• Eight years of commercial and/or agriculture business lending experience.
• Established background in credit analytics and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of advanced financial statement analysis and mitigating credit risk.
