A day in the life as a Manager, Business Process Support
Develop performance standards to build a team of qualified, professional, and capable employees through training, coaching, and mentoring
Lead team meetings, planning and training initiatives; share information and ideas with the team that contribute to the success of the organization
Act as the department People Manager, dealing with employee management requirements in conjunction with the Human Resources team
Provides leadership and coaching to department team members through strong communication and team building skills
What you bring to the table:
Post-secondary education such as a diploma or degree in Business Administration/Engineering is preferred
Five to Seven years of experience towards business process management
Three to Five years of experience contributing towards continuous improvement activities is expected; experience working with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
IIBA certification, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, or Lean Specialist designation is preferred
A combination of education and experience may be considered
