Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Yard Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our yard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing yard activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining an efficient workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various teams to optimize yard operations.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate yard activities, including loading and unloading of materials

- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

- Train and mentor yard staff on best practices and procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the yard area

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to optimize workflow

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills

-Excellent communication and leadership skills

-Strong organizational and time-management abilities

-Prior experience in a supervisory role definitely an asset
