• A deep burning desire to learn from some of the best loyalty & email marketers in the business.
• 1+ years of email marketing experience and consider yourself "nerdy" at times. We expect you'll have strong opinions about subject lines, message content, and CTAs.
• The chops to eventually manage email campaigns and automations.
• A brain the size of a small planet! In this role, you'll learn how to think imaginatively and act strategically to deliver campaigns that engage, inspire, and delight our customers.
• A Shakespearean ability to respond directly to customers via social media and email.
• The know-how to analyze data like a Hungry Hippo.
