An Opportunity to Leverage your Expertise and Join the Marketing & Communication Team! CPA Ontario is currently in search of an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who will assist in the development and enhancement of our email strategy and advance our journey with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is a critical member of the Digital Team as the subject matter expert that supports the email channel. What You’ll be Doing: Assisting with the execution of emails that includes email calendar management, creative briefings, email development, review, and deployment. Supporting the automation and segmentation of email lists across business units using Audience Builder. Transferring of various automated emails from other corporate systems to Marketing Cloud and developing new personalized emails for our professional development business. Analyzing email analytics and generating performance reports to share with cross-functional business units and the digital team to increase email engagement. Utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to strategize and build user journeys in order to automate emails effectively and optimize the current email marketing process while increasing the use of email best practices. Reviewing our preference centre and technical implementation of Marketing Cloud to advance our CRM capabilities. Who You Are: A post-secondary graduate with a degree in Business, or Marketing with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud email deployment and backend optimizations. A proven expert in email optimization and insight tools such as Litmus. Knowledgeable with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
