Lead Client Care Representative
to join our front desk crew! This role is part receptionist, part team leader -- you'll be the friendly face clients see when they walk through the door, while also guiding and supporting our amazing Client Care team.
What you'll do:
Welcome clients and help them feel at ease.
Answer phones, book appointments, and process payments.
Support and mentor reception staff, helping with training and scheduling.
Jump in to solve problems, keep things running smoothly, and make every visit a great experience.
Collaborate with management and our veterinary team to improve client care and clinic flow.
What we're looking for:
Experience as a veterinary receptionist (2+ years).
A natural leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others.
Strong communicator who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.
Someone who can balance compassion, professionalism, and organization.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
