What You'll Do:

Be the warm, calm, and confident first point of contact for pet parents Manage patient and client flow from check-in to discharge Communicate with clarity and compassion during emotional and high-stress situations Support doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a seamless client experience

Schedule & Hours:

Approx. 40 hours/week

We operate

7 days a week, from 7am-midnight

Advance scheduling

allows you to plan your free time Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is important

What We're Looking For:

1+ year experience in veterinary reception

(required) A genuine passion for client service and animal care Calm, professional demeanor--even under pressure A proactive, team-first attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
