Part-Time

Veterinary Client Care Representative/Receptionist

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Experienced in the veterinary field (preferred), with a strong understanding of client and patient services. Personable, empathetic, and client-focused with a desire to build lasting relationships with both clients and team. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills. A strong communicator, both verbal and written. Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating veterinary software. Adaptable, accountable, and eager to learn and grow. Flexible availability to work various shifts within our operating hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm, and Saturdays, 7:45 am - 2:00 pm.

Experience Required:

1+ year of customer service experience (veterinary clinic experience preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver gold-standard service to clients and their pets. Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism. Schedule appointments, triage patients, and process medication refills. Manage check-in/out procedures, financial transactions, and end-of-day reports. Maintain accurate client records in a paperless system. Ensure a clean, welcoming reception area and waiting area. Assist with dispensing medications and follow clinic protocols during emergencies.
