We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. This is a permanent part-time position with varied hours that would need to be discussed based on your availability. Weekend availability is a must. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. The Veterinary Client Care Representative will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, starting client files, managing patient records, and conducting basic administrative tasks. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist is an asset
Certificate or Diploma in Veterinary Office/Receptionist Administration is an asset
