Available positions are for assistant gardeners in a full-time, permanent role.

The ideal candidate has:
\xe2\x80\x93 2+ years experience in landscaping and/or organic gardening.
\xe2\x80\x93 A knowledge and passion for horticulture, including plant identification, care and maintenance.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in maintenance tasks such as line trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, pruning, hedge trimming.
\xe2\x80\x93 A clean class 5 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
\xe2\x80\x93 A friendly, social, and easy-going personality that can work well with others.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to take direction and adapt to new situations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Good people skills, and is comfortable dealing with clients in a professional and positive manner.
\xe2\x80\x93 Most important is a motivation to learn lots, work hard and really \xe2\x80\x98git \xe2\x80\x98er done\xe2\x80\x99.
