Yellow Brick Games is currently looking for a multi-skilled and resourceful IT Specialist. As an IT Specialist you will be required to manage hardware, network and security needs for the entire studio and implement procedures/protocols to support the company. We are always on the look out for talented professionals who would be a good fit for our studio. As a company founded during a global pandemic, Yellow Brick Games is open to and experienced with remote work and work from home situations. Responsibilities
- 1st line of IT support for local and remote users.
- Installation, modification, and repair of computer equipment.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Track inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
- Assist on the onboarding process for new hires.
- Address employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries regarding software needs and hardware issues.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment on local and remote employees.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar position.
- Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of the Windows environment.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Experience with IT issues in back-office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great computer hardware knowledge.
