The IT Services Manager is responsible for the technology infrastructure of the organization. They would be overseeing the network and servers, enterprise applications, email and Internet access, mobile personal devices connectivity, telephony requirements, data integrity and helpdesk services.

HOW YOU\'LL WORK

  • Manage the IT infrastructure resources, developing its organizational structure and ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software
  • Responsible for on-site and off-site data centers
  • Collaborate with other IT and operational staff to ensure integrity, security, and ongoing performance of all managed systems
  • Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future requirements
  • Ensure Operational compliance and governance to all standards and regulations
  • Constantly monitor and assess systems to make sure that processes are operating as designed
  • Optimize costs of organization-wide infrastructure and application services through an appropriate mix of internal and external resources
  • Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for relevant projects and associated efforts
  • Develop technical aspects of the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • At least 4 years of experience successfully leading an infrastructure team, preferably in a Global environment\xe2\x80\xa2 5 years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, TLS, SAN, Virtualization (VMWare, KVM), business continuity, disaster recovery
  • Experience in interpreting the applicability of local and international laws/regulations to operations
  • Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge and understanding of system flow charts, data processing concepts, and telecommunications principles.
  • Strong comfort level with Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Oracle, Red Hat technologies
  • A proven record of dealing with complex projects servicing high level stakeholders
