IT Lead LOCATION: Canada (remote \xe2\x80\x93 must be physically located in Canada)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead a small (2-3 person) IT department
- Responsible for whole IT infrastructure and IT inventory in the company
- Internal services deployment procedures.
- Automation of various internal routines.
- IT management as per Compliance & Information Security regulations (laptops, servers)
- Continuous alignment of SW used to corporate standards as well as standards maintenance
- Build approaches and pipelines research and implementation.
- Full maintenance/improvement of TeamCity build configurations.
- Support and automation of the delivery process.
- Internal documentation maintenance (within above responsibilities).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with CI/CD build systems (preferably TeamCity).
- Good knowledge of Java build systems (Maven, Gradle), experience in configuration of Maven
- Good knowledge and experience in Shell (Bash) and one of the programming languages: Python, Java, Kotlin.
- Hands on with Linux, Windows and macOS.
- English level: intermediate.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration systems (Docker, K8s) and corresponding deployment accelerators.
- Experience with Cloud providers (AWS, GCE, Azure).
- Experience in building Linux packages (DEB, RPM).
