Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager, Personal Health Portal Services, the BA/QA Analyst will collaborate with team members and business teams to define, develop, analyze, document, update requirements and specifications, execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate application functionality, performance, and usability. This role requires an individual that is able to cope with complex situations through analysis and planning. It involves collaborating with various stakeholders and other analysts across organizations. Responsibilities include: Identify the business needs to help determine solutions to business problems. Develop technical requirements; create mockups and prototypes. Drive the prioritization of business requirement documentation. Elaborate and document business requirements. Contribute to the overall functional architecture, data flows, data models. Liaise with the development team to ensure the technical architecture and designs are implemented and functional. Produce documents including functional architecture, designs and specifications, traceability metrics, test cases and anticipated results. Assessing current state business processes. Design and create test plans; execute formal acceptance test plans. Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate application functionality, performance, and usability. Identify, track, and document defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure their timely resolution. Maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Prepare and communicate test progress reports. Conduct regular regression tests to ensure the integrity of existing functionality.

As an IT Analyst II, you will provide technical support related to information technology applications either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. You will ensure reliable operations of information systems, resolve complex technical problems, find solutions to customer needs, and lead projects and program initiatives. You will be responsible for more advanced application, telecom or technology support duties. You will investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex problems that have typically been escalated several levels before assignment to this position, and will translate business requirements into technical requirements for a solution and recommend a potential approach to the vendor. You will analyse the solution provided to ensure that it fits both technical requirements and business needs. You will also spend time on project or initiative leadership and delivery.

Required Qualifications: Completion of bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience as Business and Quality Assurance Analyst. Preference will be given to candidates with the following: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Certified Business Analysis Professional. Must be able to understand technical concepts of the Web Application Development. Experience in implementing business analysis standards and best practices. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium. Preferred Qualifications: Strong customer interaction skills and ability to understand and document customer needs from a business solutions perspective. Critical thinking, problem solving, design, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, written, oral and presentation skills as well as strong proven ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects. Exceptional facilitation skills.
