About the Role
Ken Knapp Ford is looking for an
Internet Sales & Marketing Coordinator
to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and wants to work closely with both our sales and marketing departments.What You'll Do
Respond to and follow up on
new car internet leads
to help drive sales opportunities. Track and maintainlease portfolio data
to support the sales team with timely renewals and customer outreach. Manage and update ouronline new car inventory
across platforms, ensuring accurate listings and availability. Assist the marketing team withoccasional projects
(collaborating on campaigns, social content, or dealership events). Provide administrative support that keeps sales operations running smoothly.What We're Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfort with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, and online platforms). A proactive team player who can balance structure with flexibility. Previous dealership, sales support, or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
