The Role: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
You will be the coordinator extraordinaire of sales and marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and working directly with leaders in all areas of the business, you coordinate all things sales and marketing including international sales growth through lead generation, strategic collaboration, and client support. You'll arrange marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, coordinate global events, and craft compelling content that showcases our timber projects.
What Success Looks Like
Flawless execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
Coordinate trade shows, events and client meetings that represent our organization exceptionally
Generate and qualify international sales leads that are authentic
Analyze and utilize data to ensure continuous improvement
Operational backbone of the Sales Leadership Team
Qualifications
3+ years in marketing (construction or building materials is a plus)
2+ years in sales support or coordination, ideally with international exposure
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or International Business
Strong skills in content creation, CRM tools, and data analytics
Experience with tools like Buildertrend, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms
Fluency in English - spoken and written
Willingness to travel to the US (up to 10%) and possess a valid passport
