Job Description
Our Banking client in Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire an Interaction Designer for a 12-month contract role.
What you will be doing\xe2\x80\xa6
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional squad of designers, a product owner, and developers.
- Work with a team to deliver exceptional features for our clients and advisors - they will see features through from discovery to release.
- Partner with other designer and our technology peers to apply reusability and systems thinking in their designs.
Must have skills:
- Interaction design (a UX Designer)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills
- Product Design focused with a Product Mindset.
- Understands the overall structure and skeleton of a web page
- Proficient in Figma.
- Has worked in an Agile setting and a proven track record of working closely with Product owners and developers.
- Has experience working with a Design System.
- Data analytics experience (looking at flows and understanding what needs to be improved from a design perspective).
- Understands front-end development and its constraints.
- Experience building platforms or reusable components.
- Mural experience.
