What will you do?

• Create compelling demos that articulate our vision and behave realistically for business partners and clients
• You will have a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of design and technology, and be expected to design interfaces to satisfy the expectations of our client
• Work with various product development teams and business partners to produce a variety of interfaces that help meet business needs

• Creating complex, highly interactive prototypes that mimic the functionality of existing web and mobile channels
• Create complex interactive prototypes that showcase new innovations in sales situations
• Creating designs for our sites
• Ensuring designs meet brand standards that express our brand and are optimized for context and devices
• Accessibility: You are knowledgeable about AODA compliance standards and can apply them to your day-to-day tasks
• Content management: You will be publishing content and creating sites to ensure we speak to our clients in a visually compelling, clear and consistent way

What do you need to succeed?

• Mastery of Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
• At least 3+ years of experience prototyping in Axure
• Proficiency in leveraging approaches to translate findings into tangible designs such as heuristic reviews, usability testing, competitive product analysis, web metrics data, field research, quantitative and qualitative surveys, user interviews, and persona development
• Content management system experience
• Project management skills
• Ability to multi-task multiple high priority items
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication skills
• University, or College degree, in a business discipline or computer science

• Creativity and innovation
• Strong fundamentals across web and mobile: typography, layout, colour, grids, and interaction behaviors
• Professional. Able to work and influence people from diverse backgrounds and levels throughout the organization. Practice discretion and diplomacy in dealing with stakeholders.
• Analytical and a problem solver. Getting to the cause of the problem and finding ways to fix it. You will be presented with challenges daily; you should be able to come up with solutions and recommendations to solve them
• Focused on the client: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer\xe2\x80\x90centric solutions
• Self-managing: You will be asked to manage multiple tasks at once. Your ability to be organized and ensure that timelines are met will be key to the success of this role and our team.

What will be nice to have?

• Experience within the financial services/insurance industry
• Bilingualism (French) preferred
• Practical Web design and coding skills

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
